Endrick will play his final match for Lyon next Sunday. The Brazilian has been officially informed of his return to Real Madrid and has gone a step further: he has requested access to the club’s facilities to train next week with an eye on the World Cup.
With the French Championship concluding next Sunday, when he bids farewell to Lyon against Lens at home, Endrick and his family will move back to Spain on Monday. The expectation is that from Wednesday onward, the Brazilian will resume activities to maintain his fitness at the Valdebebas training center.
Endrick will not join the squad led by Arbeloa, which will be in action for the final week of the season and the conclusion of La Liga. It is likely that he will train separately or use the facilities during off-hours from the group that includes Vinícius Jr., Mbappé, and company.

“We’re going to pressure Ancelotti”: the Seleção panel wants Endrick in the World Cup.
As for the definitive return for the next season, it was confirmed by the Madrid board in recent weeks. Real Madrid had already insisted that the loan contract would have no purchase option for the French club, but informed the Brazilian that the plan is for him to begin activities for the 2026/27 season with the senior squad, with no room for new market moves in the immediate future.
Not only has Endrick impressed during his stint with Lyon, with 15 goal involvements (eight goals and seven assists) in 20 games, but Real Madrid is also planning an overhaul in the attacking sector after the World Cup. Young players like Mastantuono and Gonzalo García are expected to be loaned out, opening space for the Brazilian, especially on the right wing.
A standout in the national team’s last victory, against Croatia during the March international break, Endrick is almost certainly on the list for the World Cup, which will be announced by Carlo Ancelotti next Monday in Rio de Janeiro.
